We offer two different types of vouchers:
- Online voucher: You can book the voucher directly on our website. After purchase, you will receive an email with your voucher as a PDF file that you can print out yourself and give as a gift.
- Voucher on site: We also sell attractive physical voucher cards in envelopes at our museum shop on Lilienstraße. Simply drop by, select the amount and take it with you.

Our vouchers are valid indefinitely.

Online vouchers (with voucher code) can be redeemed independently via our regular ticket booking system. To do so, simply enter the booking code during the payment process.
If you have received a voucher without a code, simply send us an email at [email protected] and let us know when you would like to visit and how many people will be in your party. We will then reserve seats for you in the time slot of your choice and you can simply present the voucher on site.
